Every gender-affirming appointment is booked a little longer than the standard one. Time to talk, time to settle, and never a rush.
Your name, your pronouns
Tell us what to call you and we will use it, on every message and in the room. Nothing on our forms assumes your gender.
Honest about results
Facial hair often needs more sessions, and IPL works best on darker hair. We will be clear at your consultation about what to expect for your hair and skin.

How it works
It starts with a £10 consultation and patch test, credited against your treatment. We look at your skin and hair, talk through your goals and agree a plan together.
Treatments are spaced four to six weeks apart. Our system is suitable up to skin type IV, and we will always tell you if IPL is not the right choice for you.
